What sizes do you offer?
Men's tees run XS to XXL in a regular oversized cut. Women's tees run XS to XL in a fitted cut. Every product page lists its fit and fabric weight next to the size selector.
What are NOT SORRY tees made of?
100% cotton brought from Peru — 240 gsm for the men's cut, 220 gsm for the women's. Every piece is then prepared and finished in Switzerland, one at a time.
Where do you ship, and what does it cost?
We ship worldwide from Switzerland, and shipping is free on every order.
How long does it take to get my order?
Orders are prepared and finished by hand in Switzerland before they ship, and you get a confirmation email the moment your order is on its way.
Can I return or exchange an item?
Write to info@notsorry.shop with your order number and we will confirm how to proceed. If a piece arrives damaged or incorrect, send a photograph with your message.
How should I wash my T-shirt?
Wash inside out at low temperature and iron on the reverse, never directly on the print. Treated this way the print stays sharp wash after wash.
